Renowned OC facility responds to growing need for post-acute care.
Santa Ana, Calif. (Nov. 6, 2014) – Royale Health Care Center, Inc., Southern California’s leading post-acute care facility, today announced the organization will now be known as South Coast Post Acute.
Along with the new name, which coincides with the organization’s 40th anniversary, the company has updated its brand, adding a new logo and website. Located in Santa Ana, Calif., the popular, family-owned skilled nursing and long-term care facility has undergone extensive renovations this year, adding a new state-of-the-art therapy center, dining area, lobby, hallways and nursing stations.
South Coast Post Acute Administrator Mike Pierson said the new brand was created around the organization’s “Spirit of Caring,” a commitment to providing exceptional care and customer service.
“While our name and logo are new, our commitment to delivering the highest quality of patient care always remains the same,” Pierson said. “Our goal with this new name and look is to mark our presence in the health care community on a larger scale, without losing the intimacy our facility provides for patients and their family.”
Founded in 1974, South Coast Post Acute provides post-acute care, memory care and long-term care to more than 2,500 patients each year.
“It is important we retain our established values while at the same time develop a new and modern identity,” he said. “We feel it is important to let our medical community know what we stand for, and our new tagline ‘Real people. Remarkable care.’ signifies the commitment of our staff to our patients. We treat patients like family, and our new brand helps pronounce this message.”
