We want you to stay healthy and spend quality time with your loved ones. Since we are in the middle of flu season, it’s important we take care of ourselves to prevent getting sick. Sometimes, getting the seasonal bug is unavoidable. To take care of ourselves and prevent illness, we need to make sure we are:

- Eating foods that boost our immune system
- Keeping our hands away from our faces
